CONSULTATION SERVICES

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTATION
Available by appointment
The Director of Alternative Programs, the Director of Clinical Services and Professional School Staff are available to assist other educators explore options to keep students in their least restrictive placements and to meet their unique social-emotional and/or educational needs. This service is provided for both special education and non special education students through consultations pertaining to student performance as impacted by class structure, learning styles and individual abilities.

PSYCHOLOGICAL/PSYCHIATRIC CONSULTATION
Available by appointment
A licensed child and adolescent clinical psychologist and a child-adolescent psychiatrist are available to conduct student observations and evaluations, meet with staff to assist them in understanding specific cases, provide clinical feedback, clarify “risk factors” that may be present, and to provide support in communicating with families and other clinical professionals.
